    Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I see therapy as a space for healing and growth. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I support clients in navigating life transitions, reducing stress, and improving connections in their lives with authenticity and grace. In my work, I strive to help clients find a new perspective through a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I meet with people who have sought therapy to address a range of life issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, conflict in relationships, communication challenges and family discord, postpartum depression and anxiety, navigating difficult emotions, coping with separation and divorce, processing grief and loss, and difficulties related to self-regulation.

My style is warm, playful, supportive, and client-centered. I have experience working with adults, teens, and children over the age of six. In my work, I draw from different modalities of psychotherapy to find the best fit with each unique client.

Working with me will often include mindfulness and self-compassion practices to support self-acceptance on the path to healing. I am passionate about supporting clients in the pursuit of living fully embodied, meaningful, and more connected lives.
