    As a therapist I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, stress related issues, compassion fatigue and individuals going through difficult life transitions. I use an integrative approach to my therapy sessions using techniques from Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy inspired (DBT) , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work to help bring clarity and mindfulness to everyday life.
