Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
(Supervised by Alicia Mittleman LCSW)
I view therapy as a place to build a relationship with a safe adult, work through current issues, and learn new ways of coping. My style is person-centered, which means you’re the expert on your life – think of me as a guide on your therapeutic journey. I also use a somatic approach, integrating mind and body, to help with emotional regulation and staying in the present moment. Some areas I work with include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, attachment, and life transitions. I enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, adults, and children (8+).
